GREATER THAN THE SUM OF ITS PARTS - Inspired by Bordeaux's greatest chateaux, the Cuvée concept means that Irish barley is harvested, distilled and matured farm by farm. Then, these whiskies are layered to create a Cuvée where the whole is greater than the sum of the parts.

TERROIR-DRIVEN APPROACH - Waterford was founded with the idea of creating natural whiskies driven by their raw ingredient – the barley. Waterford focuses on different types of barley grown in different areas of Ireland and their effect on the flavour of the whisky.
