DH40MC SDS MAX Rotary Demolition Hammer is a powerful drill, equally suited for both breaking and drilling applications. Higher performance with 13% faster drilling speed and 28% more demolition performance than its predecessor the DH40MR. Perhaps most impressive on the DH40MC is its 1100w motor producing a max 620rpm no load speed, dwarfing similar rotary demolition hammers in its class and a standout 2800ipm full load impact rate, truly a class topping spec. The rotary/hammer facility on the DH38 MS provides a maximum drilling capacity of 38mm into concrete with a TCT core capacity of 105mm. A larger damper and higher volume air cushion reduce the impact and piston reaction force generated during hammering. This results in significant vibration reduction, approx 25% less vibration. With one push bit mounting it only takes one action instead of conventionally required two to mount a drill bit. All that needs to be done is insert the drill bit into the tool holder while turning it. Large change lever located on top of the tool for easy visibility allows smooth mode changing.
