Nappa leather, soft to the touch. The liner underneath the leather in the pillow case is to make the leather thicker and then the pillow will be more smooth, otherwise you would feel the non-smooth filler.

Thickness adjustable. The extra filler bag is provided for you to adjust the firmness of the neck pillow.
