Description

The Sram XS-1299 T-Type cassette is particularly recommended for a 12-speed drive on a cross country bike in combination with other components from the weight-optimised XX SL Eagle transmission series. Thanks to the aluminium spider, which carries the largest three aluminium sprockets, the cassette is particularly light. Compared to Eagle cassettes, the gear gradation of the largest sprockets is more even. The X-SYNC construction allows excellent shifting behaviour even and especially under full load. Thanks to the cassette mapping, gear changes occur along designated shift ramps, which makes the process extremely smooth. With a chain line of 55 mm, the lower chain angle is noticeable, which reduces wear and increases precision. The cassette can only be combined with an Eagle Transmission rear derailleur, giving it an ideal switching experience. As a mounting aid, the setup sprocket you need for the correct adjustment of the rear derailleur is highlighted in colour.
