To do this, Mutti went straight to the field — Sul Campo is a Passata made right at the harvest, eliminating the time from field to factory to better preserve that remarkably fresh taste. A limited edition passata, made from Rossoro tomatoes harvested and processed at the field, thanks to the InstaFactory. InstaFactory is a mobile plant, designed and patented by Mutti that is placed in selected fields. The distance between field and factory is eliminated, preserving the tomatoes at a state of perfect ripeness.
