CONVOCATION OF FORCES

Convocation of Forces is a Fantasy written in a grand style of articulate presentation of actions and reactions of man and supernatural forces. Chapter One to the last chapter is full of mysteries, conflicts and unusual happenings. Chapter One is unique spotlighting Nnam who later is crowned the king of Anyawanyi Kingdom after he has fulfilled all rigours contained in the ceremonies he has chosen. Nnam has been brooding over his marriage for having no son to succeed him and yet refused to accept the advice given by Okonu his childhood friend for remarrying. The piece revolves around the king's acquired sons: Madu and Kwele, and it is under the aegis of Okonu's cunning prompts which are the major instigation for the king's wives Wana and Wome who have already found their ways in visiting the god of Thunder whose priest is Nkwere and the Sea goddess whose mistress is Nkere respectively. The two sons of Nnam the king of Anyawanyi Kingdom are bundles of mysteries misfortunes and devastation held under the influence of ancient personalities. The author uses them to sustain readers' curiosity. They escape from detention freely by means of water or match box. This book draws attention to potential sacrifices and dreadful occurrences that pursue Madu and Kwele out of reality. Clashes of power were prominently documented with proverbial exertions which entertain readers with oral communication and delight. Sacrifices made to allay thirst of deities are featured fantastically to promote a deep sense of natural and traditional participation. Doctors of Tradition with their distinctive roles mark the piece out as a thoughtful creation of interractional eloquence. Men and spirits fight at some point where there is most notable opposition, and other times they unconsciously cohabit, showing social sympathy to the family of the deceased. Abomination and banishment are used to heighten the manifestation of things forbidden in the kingdom. Man fighting man either supported or rejected by the gods gives the story emotional steadfastness. Midwives representing different deities add to the problem that both Madu and Kwele borne same time and day is a confusion. The conflict between Achege and Chegem is an evidence that Madu and Kwele cannot live in unity. Diviners such as men, spider, animals, bees and birds met at different locations treat actions in the story with caution. The community of dwarfs that do pary the thunderbolt sent by Nkwere against Madu have just brought about significant recreation of time and period into World War l which in the natural language of the writer is called The Asunta Depression lasting for about 5 months before Afio a diviner could fly across the sky to end the War of Association and Interest over Madu and Kwele concerning who will inherit the king's property. Many ominious signs and wonders taken as abomination stoke interest as the writer cleverly creates therapeutic consolation. As a result of this, people have been excommunicated for their witchery or wizardry by a means of admitting vulture's excreta either on their shoulders or heads. The circumscription of people on abomination is excommunication. The World War ll, as the writer prevails in his literary address calling it a common name suitable for both man and other creatures, "The Asunta Vacuity" is the completeness of reaction of Association and Interest made at the convergence of all instruments of darkness who are seeking to dominate Madu or Kwele, as provoked by Asawana the leader of head hunters who recently has murdered Asumpeti. The kingdom melted and disappeared.
