The main body of the jersey is lightweight micro-pique polyester which offers plenty of ventilation while providing UPF 5 protection. The sleeves are exceptional for a summer sun protection jersey: being very light and stretchy they won't weigh you down, while blocking 97% of UV rays (UPF 3). The Prologo 7 Long Sleeve is also a great top for cool spring and autumn days. If you wear a heavier underwear, you can drop below 15°C and possibly add a vest if the temperature drops further.
