This 2-port HDMI splitter displays the same image from an HDMI video source onto two HDMI displays, with support for UHD 4K resolutions, HDR (High Dynamic Range), HDCP content, and 7.1 channel audio. This 2-way HDMI splitter supports up to 4K 60Hz resolution and 4:4:4 chroma subsampling. Display 4K content on both your 4K displays or downscale the resolution to 1080p to support monitors with different resolutions, thanks to the built-in scaler. Ideal for environments containing displays of mixed resolutions. The splitter includes a 31inch (78cm) USB Micro-B to Type-A power cable and USB wall charger. If an outlet is not available or within reach, the USB power cable can be connected to a 5V 1A USB Type-A port. This HDMI splitter supports active HDMI cables and HDMI extenders (sold separately), facilitating installations at a distance from the displays (e.g., within a remote AV component cabinet). The reset button enables hassle-free hot plug EDID detection, without the need of unplugging cables.
