Our blend offers a full spectrum of flavour, from tropical fruits to salted toffee with a long-oaked finish, all enhanced by the earthy truffle-nature of oak-smoked pepper dulse seaweed foraged from the tides of Jersey.

TASTE OF THE TIDE… Tidal Rum’s unique taste comes from an infusion of Pepper Dulse, a little-known wild seaweed prized for its intense marine truffle flavour that can only be gathered on Jersey’s full moon tides.
