This unique combination makes Hyperflex Re-Used a double green denim The idea consists of the recovery of cotton waste fibres, which are otherwise lost in the usual spinning processes. This loss makes about 10% of pure cotton - a significant amount that is absorbed into a new production cycle thanks to Hyperflex Re-Used, thanks to the regenerated CCS-certified cotton. The recycled polyester, on the other hand, is made from recycled PET from plastic bottles or other certified waste. After a careful process of collecting, selection, washing and sterilising, the caps and labels are removed and the bottles are crushed into pellets. These are spun into new fibre filaments and then blended with the reused cotton to make new textiles.
