Use the flat side for frying eggs and bacon, or flip it to the ridged side to get perfect sear marks on your burgers. Traeger ModiFIRE lets you quickly change the cooking surface on your grill without needing to remove the grate. ModiFIRE accessories are designed to fit securely on ModiFIRE-compatible grills and can be added or removed in seconds.
