At the same time, the efficient use of water protects the environment. The sensor determines current values such as the humidity and the temperature of the soil directly at the roots of the plants. The data is sent to the GARDENA smart app via the central smart gateway. It has powerful radio antennas, allowing a stable, secure connection to the high range Internet. For this purpose, the gateway is simply connected to the internet router via a LAN cable or wirelessly via WiFi. The garden watering can be monitored, activated and adjusted from any place and at any time. The installation and operation of all elements are easy to understand thanks to helpful assistants in the app. On request, the smart irrigation control sensor set can be combined and extended with other devices from the smart system.
