Our unique Hybrid Roasting Pan is ideal for roasting mainstays like poultry, beef and pork roasts, and whole vegetables, while also being more than capable of baking dishes like lasagna and casseroles.

Tri-ply construction with an aluminum core for quicker even heating, it’s safe to use on any home cooktop or stovetop, including induction. HexClad is metal utensil-safe, dishwasher-friendly, and oven-safe up to 900°F. (Tempered glass lids are oven-safe up to 400°F, while stainless steel lids are oven-safe up to 900°F.)

Your purchase includes one HexClad Roasting Pan which measure approximately 48 x 37 x 9 cm. Included is a rack that prevents your roast from touching the bottom of the pan. This is a large Roasting Pan that may not be suitable for smaller ovens.
