This NRS Healthcare EasyLift Overbed / Over Chair Table Modern Beech Effect S13892 Height Adjustable – Curved Wheelchair Base is ideal to use all around the home, especially in the bedroom or living room. The generously sized table allows adults or children to sit comfortably in bed or a chair with a handy table nearby. This is the Modern Beech effect finish, Curved Wheelchair Base version, with a shaped base designed for wheelchair users. Ideal for users who spend a lot of time in a wheelchair or bed bound - it can assist with eating & drinking, for example somewhere to place a drink, eating a meal in front of the TV or enjoying a leisurely breakfast in bed. The overbed table also provides a generous flat surface measuring 83.3 x 45cm (32.8 x 17.75”) ideal for a laptop or hobbies such as jigsaws & games. Features integral moulded ridges round the table top, to contain any spillage and also to stop objects such as pens from rolling off. This versatile table is the Curved Wheelchair Base version, and is height adjustable between 71 - 109cm (28 - 43”) using an easy lift system. Just unscrew the locking handwheel to release the central column, pull the lever up to release the spring so the table can be adjusted to the correct height, then lock off by locking the handwheel again. Supplied with choice of lockable castors for easy moving, or mushroom slider feet for lower divan option (2 out of 4 castors are lockable for safety). This large over bed / chair table is presented with a modern beech effect top to suit most decor styles, and the top is finished in an easy to clean, non-absorbent surface with sealed moulded edges to offer protection against knocks and spills. Features 5.5cm (2") diameter castors for improved manoeuvrability. The NRS EasyLift Table range is also available separately in various different base and table top combinations to suit different user requirements.
