Our protective feet are made of high-quality rubber, durable, elastic with resistance to oil, grease, and abrasion material. . These would last for years, and I'm sure your garden furniture will thank you for it. We saw a pizza truck a few years back, and the pizzaiolos were using Gozney Roccbox ovens, but their working surfaces in the van were scratched by the feet of the ovens as well as the hands of the pizzaiolos from folding the legs of the ovens every morning and night. Then had an idea of how we could make some protectors for the sharp edges of the legs. We have designed these to mimic the iconic shape of the oven, and there are available in two colours – black and grey, which are as similar to the oven colours as we can get. They don't have sharp corners, and they are easy to install. They look a bit like plimsolls, and you would squeeze the left or right long side of the shoe in first and then the opposite side until you hear a click. Legal Disclaimer Please use these protective feet/shoes at your own risk! we have often used them and test them, and the oven's legs never get as warm to melt the rubber. However, this might not be the case for you, depending on your circumstances, weather conditions, etc. We only use the oven with gas supply, and the feet are excellent with it. but if you are using the ROCCBOX WOOD BURNER, you need to check how warm the feet get as the burner would be close to the protective feet and might melt or even catch fire. Please use common sense and check if the feet are getting warm every time you cook! If they do, please remove the protectors to prevent melting and fire.
