A good day's fishing can be made into a great one with the right pair of polarized fishing sunglasses. Luckily, Abu Garcia has you covered with its range of angling eyewear that is packed with features to help give you the edge on your next fishing adventure. There are four lens colours available – gold green, flame red, silver, and ice blue – each designed to help you see better in different conditions. For example, the ice blue is best on a clear day with bright sunlight while the stone amber is better on overcast or cloudy days. Every pair features a hydrophobic coating, which prevents water or rain from sticking to the lens, it just rolls straight off. This helps keep your vision clear in bad weather and also makes them easier to clean. An anti-glare coating has been applied to the rear of the lenses to help eliminate stray light, which could interfere with the sunglasses polarizing abilities. The polarized lenses are laminated with vertical strips – this only allows vertically angled light to pass through the lens, therefore eliminating glare because horizontal waves cannot pass through.

An anti-glare coating on the rear of the lenses prevents stray light from interfering with the sunglasses polarising abilities.

A hydrophobic coating prevents rain or water droplets from sticking to the lens, they simply roll right off. This also makes them very easy to clean.

Different lens colours help to cater to different light conditions: glass green, stone amber, quartz brown, cobalt blue, gold green, flame red, silver, and ice blue.

All models are supplied with a hard case to protect the sunglasses and also a microfibre pouch that you can use to safely clean and wipe the lenses.
