The Big Red AT92003UR hydraulic jack is designed for domestic and commercial use. It is industrial welded and constructed with a drop forged alloy steel construction that is ideal for quality and durability. The inner/outer welded structure provides leak-proof performance and has a longer service life and an overall stronger construction compared to conventional screw carts. The fully welded structure is designed for heavy commercial use, making large loads easy to lift. A wide, robust base provides stability and strength. Features a lifting range of 24cm to 44cm with a capacity of 20 tonnes. It has a lift height of 5 1/2" and an adjustable screw-top extension that adds an extra height of 6.5 cm. The high quality sliding pressure pump is designed to lift with minimal muscle and effort and features an integrated oil bypass and overload valve that protects the hydraulic system from reaching its driving limits. Hydraulics are powered by a high quality oil that provides better corrosion resistance and high/low temperature flexibility, allowing the unit to operate at temperatures between 4.4°C and 100°C. Piston frame uses a Y-shaped polyurethane sealing ring with locking ring to prevent the load from falling slowly.
