Product 1: OLD TOM - Boatyard Old Tom gin is naturally sweetened; we take our Double Gin and age it in first fill PX sherry barrels for 4 month. We then add a touch of local Fermanagh honey for natural sweetness

Product 1: TASTING NOTES – Boatyard Old Tom gin has notes of candied lemon peel, vanilla and cinnamon spice, with a silky, orange finish. It is slightly sweeter than a London Dry style.

Product 1: RECOMMENDED SERVE – Boatyard Old Tom Gin goes great neat or over some ice. For that longer drink try it with ginger ale and a few slices of apple, or alternatively with some tonic water and a wedge of lemon. If you like to make classic cocktails try Boatyard Old Tom Gin in a Martinez.

Product 2: THE VODKA - Boatyard vodka is 100% Irish vodka distilled in Fermanagh. Using organic Irish wheat and champagne yeast, and is triple distilled. Boatyard Vodka is non-filtered to allow you to try this unique flavour profile - pure and unedited.

Product 2: TASTING NOTES - Boatyard vodka is a creamy smooth vodka, exuding notes of black pepper, orange zest and beeswax with a subtle vanilla sweetness on the finish.

Product 2: RECOMMENDED SERVE – Boatyard Vodka works perfectly with both soda water or tonic water and garnished with a lime wedge and a sprig of mint. It also works perfectly with spritz style drinks.
