Giffard Abricot Du Roussilion Liqueur, 70 cl Fruits and plants from the local region and further afar are macerated in alcohol for a period of 48 hours up to 3 months. The time varies according to the necessary time to extract the correct amount of aromas and flavours and achieve a perfect balance between fruit and alcohol. This process extracts the full aromatic richness of the fruit; from the juice, the skin, the peel and the stone, to produce a liqueur with a wide range of flavours, notes and characteristics. The fruit is then pressed and the juice extracted is now called an infusion as it has taken on all of the natural flavours and colours of the fruit. Part of Giffard's 'Premium' liqueur range, this apricot liqueur is made by the slow maceration of 'Rouge du Roussillon' apricots in neutral alcohol. Giffard Banane Du Bresil Liqueur, 70 cl Banane du Bresil Liqueur made from the slow maceration of bananas mostly from Brazil, spirit of bananas for an intense aroma, enhanced by a hint of Cognac. Sweet attack on the palate with the impression of banana pan fried in butter, then flambe with a wine aged in oak barrels.
