Description

Hero is Beaton's version of the well-known American 2-pickup LP model. It is a 6-string electric guitar made in a body design with a single cutaway, two pickups and a design with a high gloss finish. The body is made of basswood, while the neck is made of mahogany, which are two types of wood which, when used on an electric guitar, complement each other very well. The Hero has a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard, and the neck is mounted on the body with a set-neck neck/body joint, which remains stable and sturdy, even after years of use. The string length is 628mm/24.75", which is the string length used by some of the world's largest electric guitar manufacturers. You can therefore later upgrade to a more expensive electric guitar, without this requiring a major adjustment. The electronics are built around two high output humbucker pickups with two volume and two tone controls. There is also a 3-way pickup switch that gives the electric guitar 3 basic settings that you can use.
