This book discusses the religious practice of Jiu Jitsu, the Gentle Way. it details processes that enhance health and modal behavior (mental, physical, emotional) performance through the martial energetic process of Jiu Jitsu. the book is directed at developing proper breathing methods to improve competitive performance in combat sports. he gives specific guidance on the conditioning and skill development for competition. he has coached National Champions in Jiu Jitsu and is a 3 x Master World Silver Medalist. he runs Temple Underground Boxing, BJJ and MMA, an affiliate of Checkmat. The author is a retired Army Ranger, Drill SERE Instructor who holds Post Graduate work in Instructional Systems and Educational Sport Psychology. He also holds a Brownbelt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu after winning double gold at the International Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Federations 2020 and 2022 Pan American Tournaments. He is an American Tai Chi and Qigong Association Master Instructor and a USA Boxing Association Coach. he is the author of Bardos of Jujizu.
