HOW TO GROW: Direct into growing site, sow thinly in shallow drills 2cm deep with 30cm between the rows. For later sowings, some cloche protection may be required. As seedlings grow gradually thin out seedlings to 15cm apart. Water well during dry spells of weather to avoid premature bolting. Pick leaves as required.

TOP GROWING TIPS: As the sun is the main factor in causing the bolting of spinach, it is best sown between taller crops or in semi-shade. Best eaten when picked young and as long as the leaves are picked regularly and young, they will remain tender and mild in flavour.
