Aida.The 2021 edition was inaugurated with the same opera chosen in 1921 by Count Pier Alberto Conti for the love of the soprano Francisca Solari (who was the protagonist). So wurde aus dem Stadion für einen antiken Ballsport seinerzeit ein Ort für Opernaufführungen. Die beliebte Oper AIDA feierte überdies ihr 150. Jubiläum der Uraufführung, die 1871 in Kairo stattfand. Ein Fest im doppelten Sinne mit einer modernen Neuinszenierung von Valentina Carrasco. LA TRAVIATA, die wohl repräsentativste und ikonischste Produktion der letzten 30 Jahre, die 1992 konzipiert wurde und bis 2018 in sieben Neuinszenierungen zu erleben war, kehrt in einer neuen Version von Henning Brockhaus und Josef Svoboda mit neuen Kostümen ebenfalls anlässlich des 100.
