Fully charge the toothbrush before using it for the first time. 3. Wet the toothbrush head and apply toothpaste. 4. Select the desired brushing mode and intensity. 5. Gently place the toothbrush head against your teeth and gums, and move it in a circular motion. 6. Brush for the recommended time (usually 2 minutes). 7.
