Gente sin Mente (The Orbserver)

Homo sapiens-sapiens seem to be in charge of creating just about all the trash, and while they could (should the ideas ever have occurred to any of them) curve population, they are bent on bringing in more and more prisoners to this location. My question is: are they really in control, or there’s nothing they can do about how many prisoners will be sentenced to serve their Blocks of Time and Blocks of Misery here on Planet Earth? Mutation never ceases, and isolated at times, human beings developed language in various forms, which were unintelligible to other differently mutated human beings. What is now called inbreeding was, and is, a major factor in the creation of the languages and the so-called dialects used at present time.
