Easy to install: uBox universal basic body for all hansgrohe shower channels (blocking water height 50 mm). The hansgrohe uBox universal base body for standard installation is the practical mounting system for all hansgrohe RainDrain shower drains. The innovative base body uBox universal, developed especially for the hansgrohe drain systems, is embedded in the screed and is attached to a large platform made of 3 sound-reducing foam panels. These create the best conditions for stable placement as well as for easy height and angle adjustment. This offers flexibility and safety during installation. Another plus: the uBox universal has a factory-pre-assembled sealing fleece as well as 3 access points for maximum connection options to the drain pipe (horizontal, DN50). Included is a standard siphon with a drainage capacity of up to 42 l/min and a blocking water height of 50 mm according to EN1253 (standard). Option: If the Dryphon included in the finished set is used, up to 60 l/min are possible. Hansgrohe: easy to assemble and innovative. For thorough and easy cleaning, the insert can be removed from the base body with a siphon or dryphone. The pre-assembled sealing fleece makes installation easier and offers more safety against water damage. The also included protective cap prevents the entry of dirt during installation.
