Full-size 42 mm front objective lenses gather maximum light—17.6 relative brightness—for a brighter, clearer view, even as daylight is fading. 10X magnification brings faraway subjects into close focus, ideal for birding, hiking, boating, sports, stargazing and more, and a wide field of view (367 ft at 1,000 yds) shows you more of the scene for locating wildlife or using the binoculars on the go. The lenses are made from eco-friendly glass and have Nikon’s multilayer coatings, which cut glare and improve contrast for spectacular HD views. The mirror surfaces of the roof prism have a reflective silver-alloy coating that delivers more of the visible light spectrum to your eyes. The binoculars are waterproof down to 3.3 ft (not intended for underwater use) and fogproof. A durable slip-resistant rubber armor provides drop protection and feels great in your hands. Adjustable eye cups with 15.7 mm of extra-long eye relief let you dial in a clear, comfortable view with or without eyeglasses.
