(Packaging and name may vary) Ingredients Red Quinoa, Couscous (Durum WHEAT Semolina), OATS, Coconut Sugar, SOY Crispies, Dried Cranberries, Skimmed MILK Powder, Sunflower Seeds, Flaxseed Powder, Flavouring, Freeze Dried Raspberries, Colour (Beetroot Powder), Chia Seeds. Made in a factory that handles milk, egg, cereals with gluten, peanuts, nuts & soya. Directions Use a heatproof bowl. Add 2 scoops (60g). Add 150ml milk. Mix and microwave for 1½ minutes.
