STAR BRITE Salt Remover Engine flush, cleaner and anti-corrosion. Removes salt deposits from fibreglass decks, vinyl, painted surfaces, aluminium, chrome, stainless steel, magnesium, plastic, wood, glass and rubber. Spray on, leave to work, rinse off salt. Use the Salt Off Applicator to rinse the motor to remove salt deposits from outboard and inboard engines. Wax and polish are retained, streak free cleaning. Instructions for use: to remove salt deposits on external boat surfaces, trailers, diving equipment, fishing rods and reels: fill the dispenser cup of the salt off applicator with salt off concentrate. Connect one end of the applicator to a garden hose and the other end to a spray gun. The black button on the applicator must stand to "On" and the blue button to "Mixture" (mix). Thoroughly moisten all surfaces to be treated and leave the salt off for 5 to 10 minutes. Stubborn deposits if necessary Treat with a brush. Rinse with clean water and allow treated surfaces to air dry. Dipping treatment: 60 to 120 ml. Dissolve salt off concentrate per 4 litres of water. Immerse the item to be treated for several minutes, rinse with fresh water and allow to air dry. For rinsing indoor and outboard engines: fill dispenser cup with salt off concentrate. Connect one end of the applicator to a garden hose and the other end to a flush attachment suitable for the motor. The black button on the applicator must be "On" and the blue button from "Water Only" (water only). Let the engine run until the normal operating temperature is reached. After reaching the operating temperature, turn off the motor, turn the blue button to "Mixture" and check that the cleaning solution flows through. Start the engine again and run the engine until the dispenser cup is empty and the product is used up. The Salt Off creates a PTEF® coating that protects the engine against further rust and corrosion. For refilling the salt off container (660 ml). spray container) 30 ml. Add salt off concentrate into empty bottle and fill completely with water. NOTE: Do not store salt off in applicator.
