Charge the toothbrush before using it for the first time. 2. Wet the bristles and apply toothpaste. 3. Hold the toothbrush at a 45 degree angle to the gums and turn it on. 4. Move the bristles over the tooth surfaces in short, gentle circular motions. 5. Clean all tooth surfaces, including chewing surfaces, outer and inner sides of the teeth. 6.
