It's suitable for growing ericaceous or acid-loving plants, which need a growing medium that's free from lime (alkalinity), such as blueberries and rhododendrons. Our plant food soil has been specially made with a combination of 14 vital minerals for plant growth and health. ERICACEOUS SOIL: Ericaceous plant compost is ideal for acid-loving plants such as azaleas, rhododendrons, heathers and more. This acidic soil is specially formulated for lime hating plants. This potting compost is also great for potting, taking cuttings, outdoor planting, tubs, troughs, window boxes and acidic beds.

IMPROVED MOISTURE RETENTION: This ericaceous plant food contains essential plant nutrients and wetting agents, blended to provide improved water retention. Our multipurpose compost has the ability to retain and slowly release when the plant needs it.
