The asymmetrical shaft construction in combination with the Boa L6 twist lock ensures the right stability and can be perfectly and individually adapted to your foot. An additional cover of the BOA screw cap protects against dirt and provides further stability. The roughened heel lining and the anatomically pre-shaped Ortholite insole support the sporty fit. The insole is equipped with harder PU foam in the pedal area and delivers perfect power transmission on the pedal. The EVA midsole, which has an additional cushioning element in the heel area provides additional comfort and protection. The raised collar on the inside of the ankle provides protection against crank strikes; the reinforced toe cap protects against stones and branches. The newly developed AM flat sole takes you to a new level in the bike and hike. The graduated hexagon profile in the pedal area in combination with the soft SUPtraction flat rubber compound ensures perfect grip on the pedal and lots of driving fun. In the toe and heel area, the sole has a deeper profile, which provides the necessary grip in carrying and sliding passages. In addition, the hexagons act like sheds, which wedge into the ground when walking and thus ensure a firm grip even in critical passages. The lining material contains 40% recycled materials. The comfortable insole from Ortholite is made from environmentally friendly Eco Plush PU foam and 50% recycled polyester.
