While Love It To Death wouldn't hit the stores until the following week, the Roostertail in Detroit would get an early glimpse of the powerhouse album that helped to fine-tune the distinctive sound in making Alice Cooper one of the most artistically influential and commercially successful American bands of the 1970s.
