Tamiya is pleased to announce the release of a US infantry set following the popular German Army set (Article 35371 appears in 2019). Various series of the short sleeve M41 jacket and leggings were the staple of the American Army uniform around June 1944 when the invasion of Normandy occurred, but from summer this year the new common uniform was developed for paratroopers, armored and mountain divisions, and the M43 field jacket and 2-buckle boot was practiced. . The last new release of a U.S. Infantry sets have been 27 years ago. Infantry Sets (Item 35192), so don't miss the chance to get these figures in multipurpose pose. Key Features

Tamiya branded ready-to-assemble plastic figure model kit. It is supplied unpainted and is ideal for model makers and painters! The set includes five different miniature figures.

Required to complete: cement, paint and finishing supplies.

These figures depict the commander looking ahead with M1 Carbine in hand, two soldiers with M1 Garand and BAR, one soldier with the Handie Talkie (Thompson submachine gun on the ground) and a rifleman down on one knee. Figures are in realistic pose and have lifelike facial expressions that add an element of authenticity to any model or diorama of the period (use with M4A3E8 Sherman "Easy Eight", M10 and M18 Hellcat is recommended)

Ideal for model builders and hobbyists to recreate soldiers from the US Infantry who featured in World War II. A handy pamphlet with build instructions is included within the box.
