The Bresser EQ-3 is a German equatorial telescopic mount, which can be used universally for light to medium telescopic tubes with a weight of up to 5 kg. Only a universal GP level dovetail rail is required for tube mounting. The high-quality equatorial mount allows any user to align the telescope perfectly to the celestial pole in no time and conveniently track all celestial objects manually with just one axis. Also included is a sturdy yet lightweight aluminium field tripod, which can be individually adjusted in the working height. The included 1.5 kg counterweight is used to adjust the balance between the telescopic tube and the mount. Note: If you want automatic tracking of the stars, the telescopic mount can also be used with the optional motor set art. 4951400.
