You choose. Ingredients MILK Protein Concentrate, OAT Flour, WHEY Protein Concentrate (MILK), Flavouring, Raising Agent (Sodium Bicarbonate), Thickener (Xanthan Gum), Sweetener (Sucralose). Directions 1. Combine 1 scoop of pancake mix with 200ml of water in a bowl. 2. Add 1 egg and mix until well combined. 3. Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat. 4. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake. 5. Cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes. 6. Serve with your favorite toppings.
