The Mitchell Adventure 2 surf rods have been designed to offer the perfect blend of durability, cost and performance. Aimed at the beginner or junior angler, the Adventure 2 surf rods features glass composite rod blanks that are tough and hard wearing and can withstand powerful casts and hard fighting saltwater predators. Keeping your guides in top condition is very important for making long and smooth casts so the stainless steel guides offer just that. Stainless steel gives protection against saltwater meaning less chance of rust and corrosion if you are fishing in the sea. The EVA handles are comfortable and grippy, especially in the wet. The Adventure 2 surf rods comes in two versions: a length of 4.23m with a casting weight of 100/250g and a telescopic rod with a length of 3.90m with a casting weight of 80/150g. It can be combined with other products in the Mitchell range including Mitchell spinning reels, lines and luggage. Mitchell also offers complete fishing combo kits that can be used to target fish in both freshwater and saltwater.

Stainless Steel guides - Saltwater proof rod rings for a longer lasting life. Stainless steel is highly durable and is designed to withstand the impact of sea water. Minimise the impact of rust and corrosion for smoother, longer casts.

EVA handle grips - soft and ergonomic EVA handles on the Mitchell Adventure 2 surf fishing rods. These provide comfortable grip for good control over the fishing rod and reel when playing fish into the net.

Perfect for beginner and junior anglers. The Mitchell adventure 2 surf fishing rods offer a great value fishing rod set that can be combined with other Mitchell fishing reels, spinners and other casting lures to provide the perfect fishing kit.
