The result of intense collaboration and over a year of research and development and design, the BlackPak Pro is fully riggable and features a hinged lid, 25% weight reduction and optimal functionality. The improvements include a lot of things you might have expected, as well as some brand-loyal features that no one saw coming. HINGED LID - The water drain cover with fully adjustable hinges allows you to switch from free swivel to a sticky setting that maintains the lid position when you let go, while the built-in overtravel stops keep the lid close at hand and limit it to a manageable angle. Noise-dampening rubber bumpers ensure a silent lid closing, and the unique CatchLatch retention system secures the lid in a simple yet surprisingly functional way. CANE HOLDERS - The six TetherTube rod holders included with built-in but easily removable hook and tie systems ensure your rods stay in place if things don't go right. The cage attachment points on both sides of the tube provide multiple hook points, and the oversized hook design is sized to be attached directly to your fishing rod rod if desired. The TetherTube rod holder mounts to GridLoc panels using at least three of the four struts, allowing multiple vertical positioning options. Climb them high for fishing rods with long buttocks or climb them up at the bottom to raise the BlackPak Pro to the HighNDry position. Additional TetherTubes are available for purchase in single and two sets. Tankwell Security rubber feet provide isolation and noise attenuation, while Omni corner brackets allow multiple holding methods. They are designed as attachment points for YakAttack OmniHooks (four of which are included), generic hooks, carabiners or single bungee cords.
