The Sorapis has a single-layer, lightweight, Durastretch 128-gram softshell construction that provides a protective, wind-resistant, yet breathable outer layer. Softshell protection Softshell fabrics are ideal to give you stretch freedom of movement and comfort, and vests are just so versatile. The wicking construction here makes it the ideal lightweight gilet for summer alpine trekking and hiking in variable conditions. Named after the legendary Sorapis mountain that towers above Cortina in the Dolomites, we make this vest with a tailored hood, high integrated collar and soft chin guard. With a zip-secure bonded chest pocket and light, elasticated bindings on the cuffs and hem. Inside, the soft high-quality clean inner finish makes it very comfortable to wear and it’s treated with Polygiene® permanent odour control to keep it fresh, so you can wear it longer.
