MEASUREMENT & WARRANTY: Measurement is taken from D-Ring to D-Ring, leave 0.5 - 1.5 foot space for the hardware kit between each shade sail D-Ring and the mounting points, all edges are finished slightly curved so it can be stretched tightly, prevent middle from sagging, shade sails come with 5 years full warranty, under normal weather and usage.
