Watertight roll closure with quick release buckles. Outer material cleans easily and prevents slipping or marking. Securely mounts using patented RIGG STRAPS system. RIGG STRAPS can also be used as a separate tie down system. Padded back panel is sectionalized to allow for better air flow. Back panel pad opens to conceals backpack straps when using as a tail pack. Dual quick release closure either over the top or down the sides. Purge valve makes for easy compression. Inner loops for attaching smaller items for quick access. Front MOLLE panel includes a clear waterproof document pocket. Integrated external pocket to hold optional hydration bladder (CL-HYDRO-S not included). Side bottle pocket large enough to hold 30 oz. fuel bottles (Bottles not included).
