Description AEG Microplastic filter AEG A9WHMIC1 - compatible with all types of washing machines and dryers Reduces the release of microfibers from rinsing your laundry. With a little effort on your part, our micro plastic filter helps reduce the amount of plastic fibers that end up in the water when washing synthetic clothes. This external accessory works with any washing machine. Capture up to 90% microfibers: Washing machines cannot prevent synthetic garments from releasing microfibers when you wash them. But our microfiber filter prevents loose fibers in your synthetic garments from passing into the washing machine waste. It must be safely installed on the wall: Screws are included to install the microplastic filter securely to the wall near the washing machine. A plug is not necessary, as it receives power by water pressure. When the micro plastic filter has to be cleaned, an indicator will turn on. If the indicator is turned on during the washing cycle, the cycle can be completed and the micro plastic filter cleaned before the next wash. Periodic cleaning keeps it in perfect condition: With regular cleaning, the micro plastic filter will continue to work optimally until it's time to replace the cartridge.
