They are made of sturdy HTS 6.5 aluminium, which cannot be bent even under unfavourable loads. In addition, two SpeedLock 2 Plus clamp fasteners guarantee that you can adjust the poles perfectly, whether it's warm or icy cold. The heart of the poles is the new Aergon Air handle. It is lightweight, equipped with a handle extension and can be gripped from different angles. An ergonomic shape also guarantees that the poles always come to the ground at an optimal angle. So you save power and benefit from excellent power transmission. If you want to use the poles even when hiking in winter, the plate can be easily changed into a separately available winter model that does not sink so quickly in the snow.
