This is how the coffee is prepared with the Brikka Induction: for a particularly creamy coffee, fill the kettle with water up to the safety valve, insert the funnel and add the ground coffee for espresso pots without pressing. Close the brikka tightly and place it on the hob at medium heat. As soon as your brikka starts bubbling, turn off the hob and enjoy an excellent coffee.

The size of the Brikka Induction is measured in cups, and the coffee can be enjoyed in espresso cups or in larger cups as needed. The Brikka Induction is available in 4-cup format (160 ml coffee+cream).

Cleaning instructions: The Bialetti Brikka Induction should only be rinsed with water after use. Do not use detergent. The product should not be washed in the dishwasher as this could damage it and therefore alter the taste of the coffee.
