Measure your dog's ribcage, about 2 inches behind the elbow, to determine the best harness size using the size chart provided in the product images. 2. Select the appropriate harness size based on the measurements. 3. Adjust the harness using the 6-points of adjustment to fit your dog comfortably and securely. 4. Attach a leash to the front or back D-rings, depending on your preference and your dog's pulling behavior. 5. To put on the harness, use the buckle-neck design, which allows you to buckle it on like a collar.
