The non-sterile hydrophilic qpore syringe attachment filters made of polyvenylidene fluoride PVDF bind far less protein than syringe attachment filters made of nylon, PTFE or cellulose mixer. They have a very high flow rate compared to other membrane materials. Due to the low protein and the low active ingredient binding properties, the membrane filters made of PVDF are ideal for filtration in the life science area.
