A sealed carbon disc brake system provides sturdy, smooth drag to keep your line under control without offering too much help. A modern large arbor spool allows for rapid retrieval, and the fully enclosed frame prevents line escapes and allows for use with small diameter running lines or European nymphing lines. CUTTING EDGE DESIGN: Tail reels are built with a fully enclosed frame to prevent line escape and a modern large arbor spool for rapid retrieval. A fully machined aluminum palming rim provides pleasing aesthetics and ability to add drag by palming.

SEALED CARBON DISC DRAG SYSTEM: A sealed carbon disc drag system provides smooth, consistent performance to ensure exciting fights end well.

DURABLE CONSTRUCTION: Featuring high quality die-cast aluminum, the Tail undergoes two separate machining processes to achieve precise tolerances and a stunning design before receiving a durable paint finish. Includes reel pouch for safe transport.

RIGHT / LEFT HANDLE POSITION: The Tail ships in a Left Hand Wind configuration, but is designed for both left and right-handed anglers. Easily change to Right Hand Wind by flipping the one-way bearing.
