In Rise of Animals, Attenborough explores the history of vertebrates in an eye watering journey that combines captivating CGI graphics with superb natural history footage. In the landmark series First Life, he completes his journey by going back in time to the very roots of the tree of life, and in Flying Monsters, David sets out to uncover the truth about the enigmatic pterosaurs whose wingspans of up to 40 feet were equal to that of a modern day jet plane. This extraordinary collection of ten series on Blu-ray includes seven of which also play in 3D and represents the peak of wildlife filming.
