NUANCES Extreme filters are made of highly durable tempered glass that can withstand an accidental drop. The ND8 Full Graduated Neutral Density filter (3 f/stops) has a very long, seamless transition between the densest area (3 f/stops) and the least dense area of the glass (1 f/stop), in from the top of the filter. This tints the entire surface of the filter, more or less depending on the position. This type of transition inherits the characteristics of the famous Cokin Creative Z121F filter made of CR39 resin, but with the advanced optical properties offered by the tempered mineral glass of the NUANCES Extreme filters. Many technologies are actually implemented to achieve stunning neutrality and images without infrared pollution. The new design of the NUANCES Extreme filters, with their rounded edges and 2 mm thickness, makes them easier to insert in difficult external conditions. COKIN recommends the use of an NX Series filter holder with the NUANCES Extreme range in size L (requires a filter frame from the NX Series range). Nuances Extreme L-size filters are also compatible with existing EVO and Creative L-size filter holders (Z-Pro series).

STACKABLE WITHOUT COLOUR DOMINANT Exclusive manufacturing processes make it possible to stack several filters on top of each other without having to fear the appearance of a pronounced colour cast. The colour rendering is neutral, true to the captured light.

- FULL GRADUATED FILTER - The Full Graduated Filter has a very long, uninterrupted transition between the densest ND8 range (3 f-stops) and the least dense ND2 range of the glass (1 f-stop). Due to the full tint of the filter, its use is therefore imperceptible, especially at ultra-wide-angle focal lengths, despite exposure compensation between the upper and lower parts of the filter.

- Their new design with rounded edges and a thickness of 2 mm facilitates insertion in difficult external conditions.
