Description

This weighted blanket from the Hodge & Hodge brand will help you get a good night's rest if you suffer from anxiety, insomnia or you're just a poor sleeper. The blanket's pressure can increase serotonin, a chemical in your body that makes you feel calm and relaxed. This sleep therapy weighted blanket has a 100% cotton shell. The filling is made up of glass beads between 2 layers of padded polyester. The layers are stitched in a grid pattern to create pockets which keep the glass beads in place. There are 8 loops around the border for attaching a cover (sold separately) The heavy blanket comes in 2 sizes. 6kg (13lb) -130 x 150cm or 9kg (20lb) - 150 x 200cm. Quilted velvet covers are available for both sizes (sold separately) Please note: this weighted blanket does not have a removable cover. Covers are sold separately. Caution: For adults only. Weighted blankets should not be used by anyone that can't move freely beneath the weight. Choose a weight that is approximately 10% of your body weight.
